United States Shipping Charges

We offer $8.00 flat rate standard shipping on orders up to 1 lb.

Orders over 1 lb. will be charged a 10.00 flat shipping rate 

International Shipping Charges

We offer $30.00 flat rate standard shipping on orders up to 1 lb.

Orders over 1 lb. will be charged a 40.00 flat shipping rate 

 

All orders will be mailed by USPS Ground Advantage. Flat rate shipping costs include any handling fees.

 

*FREE standard shipping anywhere in the contiguous U.S. with an order of at least $100. Offer subject to change without notice.

 

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: Due to military handling time, delivery may take up to 30 business days

Business Days & Holidays: All delivery timeframes are considered Monday – Friday only and exclude U.S. Federal holidays. We do not ship out on official U.S. Federal Holidays. Delivery estimates are based on order processing time and time in transit. Standard shipping orders placed after 2:59 pm ET will move to the next business day for estimated delivery.

Modifying Your Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery:

Orders are shipped from our facility in Nevada. For shipments within the United States, USPS typically delivers within 3-7 business days. Please note that USPS shipments can sometimes experience delays.

 

Shipping Internationally can take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on customs processing and transit times.

Scanning Delays with USPS:

  • Please be aware that USPS may experience scanning delays during the shipping process. While we aim to provide timely and accurate tracking information, these delays may affect the visibility of tracking updates.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Ravenous Scents is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, if a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will make every effort to assist you in locating it. Please reach out to us, and we will work together with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Missing Packages

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package, please follow the steps below.

1. Check with neighbors and family members

2. Look around the delivery location

3. Check for notice of attempted delivery

4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

 

Ravenous Scents monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Ravenous Scents reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.No returns/ refunds unless item arrives damaged, in that case please contact us through email. We will replace but no refunds.

Tax is determined based on the location of your shipping address.
